Removed the logcreation action, republished the artifact at its new commit and hashes, and stated what a creation spends its bytes on.

Pinned the contract source to the deployed artifact's commit, recorded its hashes and CDT version, and corrected the logcreation signature.

Re-derived against the contract source, corrected transfer handling and RAM figures, and declared the two-step enactment sequence.
